Fresh Start X Affirmations of Wellness Class for a Cause
Join us for a special Fresh Start Class for a Cause at Affirmations of Wellness in Oceanside. This all-levels Slow Flow Hatha yoga class offers a gentle, grounding experience focused on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation—perfect whether you’re new to yoga or looking to reset and recharge in a supportive community space.
The class will take place on Saturday, April 18th at 10:30 AM at Affirmations of Wellness, 713 Mission Ave, Suite A, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Participation is free, and guests are encouraged to make a suggested $10 donation to Fresh Start Surgical Gifts on the day of class.
