Fresh Start Surgical Gifts provides reconstructive and plastic surgery for children, babies, and teens who require such interventions due to abuse, accidents, disease, or birth defects, all at no cost to the families. Our mission is to transform the lives of children facing physical challenges by providing access to life-changing reconstructive surgery and comprehensive medical care. We are dedicated to empowering each child with the opportunity to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life, fostering self-esteem and confidence. Through compassionate collaboration with medical professionals, volunteers doctors and surgeons, and the community, we strive to ensure that every child, regardless of their financial circumstances, has the support and resources necessary for their journey to a brighter and more hopeful future.
Unbranded for a Fresh Start transforms the lives of individuals that have been human trafficked by providing them with free tattoo removal, scar revision, and related healthcare services, truly providing with a fresh start in life.
Also, 100% of all donations directly supporting these medical programs. Every dollar raised goes straight to funding essential treatments and surgeries for those in need.

Also, with our "Get a Bear – Give a Bear" donation option, when you donate $50 or just $5 a month for 10 months, you'll receive an adorable teddy bear and a Fresh Start canvas tote bag. Even better, a teddy bear will be given to one of our patients or human trafficking survivors on your behalf, bringing comfort and joy during their healing journey.
